I was covering a networking meeting this morning at the Adam’s Bay in Gainsborough.
So I missed posting my “photo of the day” on Monday because the fifth largest hosting supplier in the country did not have a plan to cope with equipment failure! They also failed to have a plan to communicate successfully with their customers or to treat their resellers and small businesses that pay for and rely on their services with respect.

Does Heart Internet need a new board, who understand good governance of an organisation?
Does it require an IT team upgrade as their “big hitters” have more than three strikes this year? (See the Heart Status page – where they not only report on the issues but proudly display the days where they manage to supply a glitch free service – http://www.heartstatus.uk.)
Who is the fourth or sixth largest hosting supplier? I want a conversation with them!

…and here is my “photo of the day”.
Trouble is that although Heart is back up at 7am today – they have broken my blog installation so I can no longer upload images! At 2.40pn I was finally able to upload yesterday’s image.
Follow up – three senior members of our team have worked hard over the past few days and we are moving all our clients and services away from Heart – try:
