Sometimes we just have a really busy Monday at Octagon and today was one if those Mondays. Equipment that had been unused in offices all over the weekend, that was working fine on Friday, just refused to work on Monday. We had got four non-workers sorted by 1pm, supported the server change over in Horncastle and dealt with three other minor issues. It did mean an early start – I was on the phone before 7am, a late lunch and I drove to Lincoln, out to Sleaford and onto Holbeach.
At the end of the day all the clients were happy and back in business.
