From this recipe – because of the amount of frozen bread ends Amelia and I had, we increased the quanties by 50%.
Other changes we made, all sultanas and no mixed peel, but extra 100g of sultanas, and all the spice plus 1/2 tbls of ginger.
Enough bread pudding for all the family.
